A friend recommended Point S Chinden after I told him I needed some things checked on my car. I took my Highlander in and the next day had it in the shop for the repairs I needed and out the same day. The vehicle is running like it's brand new. Great price for the work and parts. Thank you

I had to come straight home and leave this review. I was dreading dropping my car off due to having so many bad experiences in the past. And I have to say that these guys gave me back faith in humanity. I will not take my cars anywhere else. If they offer the service I need, this is where I will go. I can't thank you guys enough and I feel blessed. Happy 4th. A little update, I've now been back a few times and I feel like I found the the perfect fit. Customer service on pain. Scheduling has been painless. Everything's been great top to bottom. You won't go wrong here.

Joe is very nice and explained everything in detail which I'm in detail person I appreciate. He is very intense in his personality though but I appreciate straightforwardness. Mike the Mechanic is great he always answers my questions and is up front tells me what I need to know. And Randy did my alignment he's the only one that does my alignment right for my truck set up with the lift and aftermarket tires and wheels. Overall the guys are really funny entertaining and I even got a breakfast sandwich to go. my experience this day was great I would recommend them. Oh and Joe also made me a video of my undercarriage so I can have some things fixed when I'm ready. He also took pictures of things that were important to note and sent me a link. I gave Joe my timeline that day and he went above and beyond to make sure I was not late for work.

In the Treasure Valley it is hard to find anyone who wants to work on a motorhome. I had used Gills Point S services in the past to replace shock absorbers on my Class C. It was time for new spark plugs, transmission service, and rear end oil change. I called they gave me a honest and fair quote. These guys do you right, they are honest, friendly, and take care of your vehicle. Trust me changing the spark plugs on a Class C with a Trition V10 is not a job for a DIY or a novice. They did great, and in the time frame they quoted. If you have a project or service you can't handle, take it to Gills Point S.

Update 1: I took two vehicles in on separate days: First one simple oil change, performed fast and it needed 0w16 oil so they got that direct from local supplier to make sure it was correct for my car. All went very well. Second one was oil change plus rear differential oil change. Both went well, again got my vehicle specific rear diff oil from local supplier. This time they finished almost half hour shorter than expected time duration. The tech even showed me the diff drain plug when he pulled it out to see how much, if any, metal shavings were stuck to the magnet. It was super clean (good for me and truck) but this was a nice touch by Point S for great customer service. I am totally pleased with their service and prices are the best around I can find too. This place has the best customer service I have ever found in a car repair place and by a lot. I had a wheel alignment and came back with an issue to which they corrected it immediately and perfectly. To be clear, the issue was not with their work but was with the vehicle. I will be going back there for more service without any doubt. I recommend you do the same.
